Super User
This user type is a Standard User.
Role Overview:
Access Level: Trusted user within the organization.
Capabilities:
View, Add, and Edit: Can view, add, and edit reference data and details on machine information pages.
Manage Users: Has the ability to manage users within the administration section.
Key Points:
Purpose: Designed for users who need to interact with and manage data and machine information.
Management Access: Includes permissions to handle user accounts and roles, providing a broader scope of administrative capabilities compared to read-only users.
Owner
This user type is an Owner User.
Role Overview:
Access Level: Elevated level of permission within the organization.
Capabilities:
View and Edit: Can view and edit reference data and machine information pages with no restrictions, apart from those controlled by Sysadmins and license-controlled areas.
Manage Groups and Cashless Cards: Has permissions to manage user groups and cashless cards.
Key Points:
Purpose: Intended for users who need comprehensive access to manage and update a wide range of system data and configurations.
Restrictions: Excludes areas controlled by Sysadmins and certain license-restricted functionalities.
SysAdmin / Internal
Note: This user permission is applicable exclusively to employees within Vianet.
Role Overview:
Access Level: Full access to SmartVend.
Capabilities:
Comprehensive Access: Can view, add, edit, and manage all aspects of SmartVend without restrictions.
Sysadmin Controls: Has access to all system configurations, including those restricted to Sysadmins and license-controlled areas.

Purpose: Designed for internal administrative users who require complete control over SmartVend's functionalities and settings.
