This area does not require a license for access.
Users can view reference data, while Super Users, Owners, and Internal Users can maintain and update it.
Thresholds
The Threshold tab allows you to set specific machine parameters if they differ from the organisation's default settings.
The Health Profile option, located in the top right of the tab, can be modified by Super Users, Owners, and Internal Users. The Health Profile determines the RAG status (Red, Amber, Green) on the estate map, with the blue-highlighted lines indicating the parameters used to generate this status.
Threshold values can be customised if you wish to flag different values from the organisation's default settings.
There are 13 categories of Thresholds, which use a RAG status:
4 categories descend using a percentage: Stock Level, Stock Item Availability, Consumable Level, Critical Stock Level.
2 categories ascend using a percentage: Available Cash, Abnormal Trading.
4 categories ascend in hours: No Trading, No Audit Read, No Comms, Last Clean.
3 categories ascend in days: Days Since Last Clean, Days Since Hygiene Flush, Days Since Outside Clean.
After entering your values, select Update to apply the thresholds to the machine.
Quick Tip
There may be a slight delay between saving any changes and those updates being reflected on the estate map.
