Prompts in the App
Prompts facilitate communication between field operators and back-office staff. Configurable by the back-office, prompts can remind you to record mileage, complete a weekly stocktake, or follow a daily checklist, like a vehicle check, when you log in.
Prompts can appear at various points in the app: on login, log off, site arrival, and machine acceptance. There are three types of prompts.
A Checklist displays a series of items that require your response.
A Reminder prompt may pop up to alert or advise you about something.
While a Field Entry prompt requires you to input text or values for a prompt item.
Some prompts will require you to acknowledge the information before you can continue.
Selecting “Continue” lets you complete visits within the app.
Visit Added Prompt
When a visit is added to your route, you’ll receive a notification prompting you about the new visit.
After closing a visit prompt, the manual refresh icon on Today’s Visit will turn red, indicating that a refresh is needed.
