Generating the Route Pick-List
You can generate a pick-list for the entire route in Today’s Visits to check if you have enough stock.
If stock is insufficient, you’ll receive a notification for each affected product.
If the route hasn’t been picked before, you’ll get a prompt notifying you. Select ‘OK’ to generate the pick-list.
Each product will be shown in its own box, displaying the Product Name, Product SKU, Items Required (both individual items and number of cases).
Generating the Site Pick-List
You can also generate a pick-list for individual sites within each site view. This helps confirm if you have enough stock for the visit, and if not, you’ll receive a notification for each affected product.
Select ‘By Product’ to view stock requirements by product. Each product will be shown in its own box, detailing the Product Name, Product SKU, Items Required (both total cases and singles).
Select ‘By Machine’ to view stock requirements by machine. Each product will be shown in its own box, including the Machine Reference, whether it is Telemetry or Non-Telemetry, and the product details (Product Name, Product SKU). The pick-list will also show Items Required, including individual items and the number of Cases Required.
